Returning to a past life in a past life reading involves travelling a bridge that connects two points of our history, one present and one past

At one extreme is our current problem with our anxieties, fears and all the symptoms that led to the consultation. In the other, there are its origins and the situations that caused our unresolved conflicts.

To find the answers we must travel the bridge that unites our symptoms over time. That is the reason why the first session has to do with the story of our personal history, the reasons that led us to it, and what is more important is our expectations about this type of therapy.

What does the past life exploration entail? 

Past life readings are similar to me as when I provide clairvoyant, channelling and medium sessions. I would contact Spirit to receive their help and they fill my senses with images, sounds, feelings and phrases or words that have some kind of relevance to the information being delivered to me, which I pass on to you as it comes to me.

Some will be lucky enough to trace their past lives back to the very beginning of humankind and the many incarnations since then. Others will learn of only a few incarnations, perhaps you were not even resident on this planet!

Perhaps, we can begin to realize that something is beginning to change, that there is a greater understanding of what was previously unexplainable. We have returned from a journey to the understanding and knowledge of our roots in the past.
